As a Welder, you will play a vital role in fabricating and assembling metal components using various welding techniques. Mainly working day shift but our client employ people long term so candidate's would need to be in a position to move to 3 shifts when required.

Responsibilities:- Perform welding tasks using hand tools and power tools to fabricate metal components.- Utilise MIG welding techniques to join and repair metal structures.- Work with sheet metal to cut, bend, and assemble parts according to specifications.- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to welding projects.- Ensure the quality of welds meets industry standards and project requirements.- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a secure work environment.

Skills:- Proficiency in welding techniques such as stick welding and metal inert gas (MIG) welding.- Mechanical knowledge to understand equipment operation and metal properties.- Experience working with hand tools and power tools in a manufacturing setting.- Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings for welding projects.- Strong attention to detail to produce accurate welds and assemblies.- Capability to work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.- Familiarity with safety practices in welding operations.- Prior experience in welding or related field is preferred.
