Job Purpose- Manage a diverse portfolio of audit clients, ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards
- Lead fieldwork, supervising junior team members, and ensuring audits are delivered efficiently
- Prepare financial statements, review statutory accounts, and oversee corporation tax computations
- Take full responsibility for assignments, ensuring timely delivery within budget
- Prepare detailed reports for Director review
- Use tools such as IRIS, Sage, Xero, and QuickBooks effectively
- Mentor and support junior staff, encouraging their professional development
- Build strong client relationships, responding proactively to queries
- Support business development by identifying opportunities to provide additional services

- ACCA or ACA qualified, finalist, or studying, with recent experience in practice
- Strong knowledge of UK audit regulations and a proven track record of leading assignments

- Skilled in mentoring and developing junior staff
