They are looking to expand their team by hiring an Audit Senior to join their dynamic audit department.

Your New Role as Audit Senior:As an Audit Senior, you will be fully immersed in the audit process, working alongside Managers and Directors to deliver high-quality audits for a diverse client base. This is an excellent opportunity to lead audits, mentor junior staff, and build long-lasting relationships with clients. You'll be responsible for planning and executing audits while providing valuable insights to clients.

Main Responsibilities:As an Audit Senior, you will:* Get fully involved in the audit process, from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality results for clients.* Lead the onsite audit team, delivering efficient and thorough audits.* Cultivate long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming their go-to person for audit needs.* Provide outstanding service to clients, understanding their business and delivering a great experience.* Coach, develop, and lead a team of trainees and semi-seniors, providing guidance and support.

The Experience & Qualifications Required:The successful candidate will have:* ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified.* Experience in external audit with strong attention to detail.* Experience in a range of audits, including owner-managed businesses.* Tech-savvy with knowledge of CCH (desirable).* A collaborative approach, thriving in a progressive environment.* Excellent communication skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.
