Job Purpose

As a Corporate Finance Executive, you'll be supporting senior team members and Partners on a wide range of assignments, including:

  • Assisting with company valuations and financial due diligence
  • Supporting mergers, acquisitions and disposals
  • Preparing business plans and financial forecasts
  • Conducting market and buyer research
  • Building financial models and presentations
  • Liaising with clients, banks, legal advisers, and other professionals

Job Requirements
  • ACA / ACCA qualification (or part-qualified with relevant experience)
  • A background in audit, accounts, or corporate finance within a UK practice
  • A strong commercial mindset and genuine interest in transactions and deal-making
  • Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills
  • A professional, confident approach with strong interpersonal skills

Corporate Finance experience is desirable but not essential — training will be provided for the right candidate with a demonstrable interest in the area.
