Key Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of corporate tax clients
- Leading on complex advisory projects including restructures, mergers, acquisitions, and tax planning
- Reviewing compliance work prepared by the team and providing technical guidance
- Supporting business development activities and contributing to the firm’s strategic growth
- Mentoring and developing junior staff
- ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified (or equivalent)
- Strong background in corporate tax advisory and compliance
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Must have a minimum of 5 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Ambitious with a desire to progress to Director or Partner level
