The company is based in Manchester and is known for its innovative approach to service delivery.
Description
- Ownership of the controls and operations for finance team.
- Run month end close process for operational finance ledgers ensuring transactions are correctly posted within the balance sheet and P&L's.
- Manage foreign exchange reporting, hedging and cashflow forecasting.
- Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations including inter-company reconciliations
- Reviewing processes along with creating new processes and more efficient ways of working.
- Coordinate with external auditors and manage internal controls.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team.
Profile
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification.
- Proven experience operating at this level.
- Experience with a Global business and a business of scale.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor a team.
- Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Strong analytical skills and detail-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Offer
- An attractive salary package between £70,000 - £90,000.
- A performance-based bonus of up to 10%.
