As a Fraud Prevention Officer you will mitigate the risk of fraudulent activity and help to protect the business from financial threats.


You will be responsible for monitoring transactions, delivering an effective risk assessment and analysing behavioural patterns and trends.

The starting salary for this position is competitive, increasing to £33,499 per annum upon successful completion of training. We also offer an annual bonus scheme, long service recognition, a generous holiday allowance and a wide range of other benefits including a day off for your birthday. No previous knowledge or experience is required as full training is provided.


With a worldwide customer base, the position requires a certain level of flexibility working any four days from seven, between the hours of 15:30 and 02:00.


This role is eligible for inclusion in the Companys hybrid working from home policy where you will have the option to work up to three days from home once fully trained.

Excellent attention to detail, producing consistent results.

Self-motivation and perform a multitude of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrates a strong work ethic working both independently and as part of a team.

Ability to problem solve and find effective resolutions.

Ability to work to high standards while under pressure.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Computer literacy including a good working knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word MS Office products.

Interest in Fraud and Risk.

Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.


Main Responsibilities

Monitoring transactions in line with our internal risk controls.

Assessing the risk of deposit, withdrawal and product activity.

Analysing customer information, betting and gaming patterns and other forms of activity to accurately identify risk behaviours.

Using proactive investigation techniques to identify new and emerging threats.

Producing detailed reports regarding fraudulent activity.

Contacting customers via telephone and email.

Providing 2nd line support to the operation regarding fraud and risk related queries.
