A highly impactful charity supporting society’s most vulnerable, is looking for a Management Accountant to join its team.

We are partnering with this not-for-profit organisation as they go to market for a Management Accountant on a permanent basis. This role offers the chance to implement a new finance system, build a robust framework for business partnering, and increase the value of financial reporting across the charity.

In this role, you will:

  • Build strong partnerships with operational teams and budget holders, providing essential insights on spending, budgeting, and ROI tracking for key investments.
  • Overhaul outdated financial systems, driving efficiency and improved oversight within a close-knit finance team.
  • Lead the preparation of management accounts and establish impactful reporting tools to enhance data-driven decision-making.
  • Oversee year-end accounts and re-engage the finance function across the organisation, transitioning financial reporting responsibilities from the CEO level.
