Description
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Perform bookkeeping, invoicing, and budget tracking tasks.
- Help in financial audits and provide necessary information to auditors.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Support the Accounting & Finance department with financial analysis and projections.
- Process accounts receivable and payable and manage invoice collection.
- Participate in financial planning, budgeting, and strategy meetings.
- Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the accounting department.
Profile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
- An AAT level 4 qualification and or CIMA/ACCA part qualified.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Access, Oracle Cloud, Kronos Dimensions Time and Attendance System would be advantageous.
- Strong knowledge in bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
Job Offer
