We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office software. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing excellent support to our staff and clients.
Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Manage administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Maintain organised records and files for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming phone calls with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Prepare reports and presentations as needed.
- Support the team with various clerical tasks to ensure operational efficiency.
- Deal with account administration including - invoices, taking payments from customers and purchase ledgers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position is preferred.
- Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
- Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with colleagues and clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
