  • Manage a busy reception area
  • First point of contact for incoming telephone calls
  • Pre-Screen & Interviewing
  • Making sure that all compliance is adhered in line with GDPR
  • Greet and manage all walk in enquiries from the public in a polite and professional manor
  • Entering large amount of data into an in-house CRM system
  • Weekly Timed - Admin
  • Occasional Client Visits

Hours of Work
  • Monday 09:00 to 17:00
  • Tuesday 09:00 to 13:00
  • Wednesday & Thursday 11:00 to 17:00
  • Friday 11:00 to 16:00
Flexible cover for Holiday Periods / Peak businessExperience Required:
  • Administration experience required
  • Clear and Concise Communication Skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • IT literate to include ALL Microsoft office packages
  • Ability to remain professional under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Methodical mind-set
  • Positive attitude to completing tasks to a high quality
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport required
