Resource ControllerStoke on Trent - ST1 Role and key responsibilities for Resource Controller:

Responding to business/management driven queries & requests
Dealing with customer queries over the phone
Accurately imputing data onto the system
Checking availability of resources
Ensuring all the deadlines are met

Minimum Requirements for Resource Controller:

Excellent organisational skills
Ability to work to high degree of accuracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge within the repairs and maintenance sector would be advantageous
Confidence with IT and computer systems
