Junior Design Engineer. Our client, a respected manufacturer based in Stoke are looking Junior Design Engineers to join their team. Junior Design Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to develop innovative design solutions that meet project requirements and objectives.
- Conduct research and analysis to support the design process, staying up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Create detailed 2D and 3D models using industry-standard software (e.g., CAD) to visualize concepts and facilitate the design review process.
- Work closely with the prototype team to oversee the fabrication and assembly of prototypes and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate in the preparation of technical documentation, including design specifications, reports, and presentations.
Junior Design Requirements:
- Apprentice trained or engineering degree qualified.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and design fundamentals.
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D modelling software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.).
Hours of Work: Monday - Friday permanent days.
