Your new companyDue to my clients' continued expansion and growth, they have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architect/Architectural Technologist to join their team. My client provides expert witness services and designs and manages construction projects that are tailored to the needs of disabled individuals.Your new roleIn this role, you will be required to:

  • Oversee and manage the architectural department.The use of AutoCAD / Caddie software on a daily basis. Producing high-quality drawings and designs.Working across the RIBA stages of work with a focus on the technical stages.Liaising with clients, contractors, consultants, local planning authorities and building control.Work on a variety of projects for disabled clients.Familiar with Technical Building Design and Building Regulations to prepare packages and make submissions.Familiar with preparing specification of works for tender issue. Project running.

What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role, it is essential that:

  • You are CIAT or RIBA qualified.
  • Have experience working in the residential sector.
  • You have strong proficiency with AutoCAD.
  • Have strong communication and team-working skills.
