Job Description: Mobile Plant Fitter
Location: Stoke- On - Trent, England, United Kingdom
Salary: £42,120 per annum
Hours: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday. Overtime available.
About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mobile Plant Fitter to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and servicing of various plant machinery, primarily focusing on Volvo and JCB Excavators, within Stoke,Crewe,Liverpool,Manchester and Halifax
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance and servicing of Volvo and JCB Excavators.
- Diagnose and repair faults on plant machinery, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Perform repairs and servicing on JCB Thwaites Dumpers.
- Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns, providing efficient and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed, including parts used and time spent.
- Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with clients on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Mobile Plant Fitter, specifically with Volvo and JCB Excavators.
- Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on plant machinery.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Full UK driving license.
- Must have CSCS Card
