Job Title: Compliance and Asset Manager

Location: Staffordshire (Hybrid Working)

12-month FTC

Key Skills: Experience using CAFM System, Ideally Maximo

Salary: 40,000-45,000 + Company car or car allowance + Bonus

Compliance and Asset Manager needed for a well-known construction organisation based in Staffordshire the Compliance and Asset Manager will ensure that all technical services are delivered in compliance with legal requirements, relevant standards, and industry best practices across the portfolio of a number of contracts. They will facilitate asset data collection and management, ensuring the completion of project activities such as asset capture and integration into the PPM system, and will support the broader project closeout process.

The Role:

So, what will you be doing as a Compliance and Asset Manager?

  • Prepare monthly reports and assist with operational meetings and follow-up actions.
  • Collaborate with technical leads to prepare for audits (technical, internal, external, H&S).
  • Resolve non-conformances and support account leads with solutions.
  • Consolidate departmental performance reports into summaries.
  • Produce and verify monthly site reports, highlighting key compliance actions.
  • Prepare reports for Internal Audit submissions.
  • Work with Technical Managers on improvement plans.
  • Monitor key compliance indicators, report to Technical Managers, and close non-conformances.
  • Maintain technical compliance expertise for consistent standards.
  • Create materials for operational leads to follow company standards and address compliance queries.
  • Support project activities, including governance documents, updating drawings, and capturing assets for the PPM system.
  • Assist in developing lifecycle planning applications and submissions.

What are we looking for in our next Compliance and Asset Manager?

  • Experience within the PFI sector, and day-to-day operation and maintenance of varying types of buildings/premises such as schools, fire stations and production environments.
  • Team leadership and finance knowledge
  • Business and technical experience
  • Previous demonstrable relevant experience in a PFI environment
  • HNC or HND
  • Suitable post qualifying relevant experience in a similar role
  • Good communication skills and a flexible attitude to work
