We are seeking a highly skilled Fixed Asset Accountant to play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining all aspects of the fixed asset process. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about process improvement and development, and who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) on a regular basis to assist with the year-end process and reconciliation.
  • Provide support to budgeting and forecasting functions.
  • Build strong relationships with various departments on capital-related matters.
  • Accurately process and monitor asset additions and disposals.
  • Mitigate risks by ensuring comprehensive documentation for audit sampling.
  • Handle ad hoc requests proactively.

What We're Looking For:

  • Fully qualified in CIMA or ACCA or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated experience in fixed asset transactions and controls.
  • Solid understanding of UK Accounting Standards.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency and strong knowledge of finance system management.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Proactive, positive, and detail-oriented approach to work.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the UK will be required from the first day of employment.
