As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team and ensuring smooth operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Sales Orders: Process and track orders efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries and provide exceptional service to foster lasting relationships.
  • Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and generate reports to help the team make informed decisions.
  • Sales Team Assistance: Support the sales team in scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and organising events.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with various departments to streamline operations and enhance customer experience.

We are looking for someone who is not just skilled but also passionate about sales and customer service. Here's what you need to bring to the table:
