Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Our client is a dynamic player in the manufacturing and production industry. They are currently seeking a driven and motivated Sales Administrator to join their team in Stoke on Trent.

What You'll Do:

As a Sales Administrator you will work closely with the Customer Relations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling incoming calls and emails, providing prompt and accurate answers to product queries
  • Processing sales orders using Sage database
  • Building rapport and understanding customer requirements
  • Performing general administration duties
  • Working towards daily KPIs and monthly sales targets
  • Proactively chasing outstanding quotes and maximising additional business opportunities

What We're Looking For:

We want a team player who is passionate about sales and customer service! The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous sales admin and customer service experience
  • Experience with Sage (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Good general administration and Microsoft Office skills
  • A positive and proactive attitude
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Good negotiation skills
  • A polite and friendly telephone manner
