You will be responsible for processing customer enquiries, purchasing stock items, liaising with other departments and suppliers to coordinate product availability and deliveries, and utilising your in-depth product knowledge to provide high-quality customer service.
This role would suit a Sales Administrator from a Trade Counter background, looking to join a stable, well-established company with great staff retention.
The role:
- Processing customer orders, forms and applications
- Maintaining customer relationships and answering enquiries
- Coordinating deliveries and stock availability
- Working closely with Business Development Manager
The person:
- Sales Administration / Sales Coordinator experience
- Trade Counter background
