Manpower have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join one of our national clients on a permanent basis in Stoke-on-Trent, ST4. Our client are a ventilation company with branches all over the UK; you'll be part of a small friendly team.

Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:

      • Process customer orders and proactively manage any queries
      • Liaise with colleague and customers regarding orders, stock and deliveries
      • Provide quotes and pricing
      • Identify sales opportunities to promote services and products
      • Fast paced environment - optimise potential sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
      • Using the system to accurately record data
      • Provide support to other branches regarding stock and deliveries

Experience/Skills:

      • Exceptional customer service
      • Problem solving
      • Highly organised
      • IT literate - good understanding of Microsoft packages
      • Great attention to detail and accuracy
      • Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
      • Knowledge of warehousing/stock would be beneficial
      • Previous sales experience would be beneficial
