Manpower have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Sales Coordinator to join one of our national clients on a permanent basis in Stoke-on-Trent, ST4. Our client are a ventilation company with branches all over the UK; you'll be part of a small friendly team.
Monday - Thursday 08:00 - 17:00
Friday 08:00 - 16:00

Responsibilities:
- Process customer orders and proactively manage any queries
- Liaise with colleague and customers regarding orders, stock and deliveries
- Provide quotes and pricing
- Identify sales opportunities to promote services and products
- Fast paced environment - optimise potential sales while maintaining strong customer relationships
- Using the system to accurately record data
- Provide support to other branches regarding stock and deliveries
Experience/Skills:
- Exceptional customer service
- Problem solving
- Highly organised
- IT literate - good understanding of Microsoft packages
- Great attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multi task and prioritise workload
- Knowledge of warehousing/stock would be beneficial
- Previous sales experience would be beneficial
