Job Title: Purchase Ledger Clerk

Location: Stoke

Contract Details: Temporary (4 - 6 weeks initially), Full Time

Hourly Rate: £12.50 - £13.50 (depending upon experience)

Responsibilities:

  • Registering and passing invoices
  • Maintaining accounts and reviewing POAs (Purchase Order Acknowledgements)
  • Maintaining the company's purchase ledger
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and statements and processing payment
  • Ensuring timely, accurate, and complete processing of all documents
  • Building strong relationships with internal management and external customers
  • Assisting with the closure of the purchase ledger at month-end
