Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading provider of a range of care and support services to individuals with a Learning Disability, Autism and Mental Health needs. This provider is seeking a Team Manager to work alongside the Registered Area Manager on the oversight of services across Stoke on Trent.

The Team Manager in Stoke on Trent will:

  • Work with the Registered Area Manager to lead a team of specialist Support Workers.
  • Work 4 days supernumerary and 1 day on shift.
  • Work across an on-call rota.
  • Lead and inspire a team of specialist Support Workers to deliver the highest standards of care and support across services in Cheshire.
  • Work with the Registered Area Manager to ensure effective oversight of the services.

The Team Manager in Stoke on Trent will need:

  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent ideally or willingness to work towards.
  • Level 3 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Leadership and supervisory experience in Learning Disability care or support settings.
