Location: ST6

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM

Our client, a reputable manufacturing company based in the ST6 area, is seeking a dedicated Administrator / Customer Service candidate to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receiving Calls: Serve as the first point of contact for customers, answering inquiries, and providing accurate information with professionalism.
  • Order Processing: Efficiently manage the processing of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
  • Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices in a timely manner.
  • Taking Bookings: Handle bookings and scheduling requests, coordinating with relevant departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.

What We're Looking For:

  • An all-round administrator with a strong focus on customer service, both over the phone and in person.
  • Ideally knowledge of Sage 50 is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Strong organisational skills
