Debt Collector- Mainly Inbound Calls

23,500 BASIC + Bonus
Monday- Friday working hours between 8am and 7pm (one Saturday in four)
Our client is a very successful debt collection company who work with some of the UK's largest utility, retail and government bodies. They have over 200 people working across teams internally, and are looking to increase the call centre team.
We are seeking confident, empathetic and experienced telephone agents to join them in the new year.
The overall purpose of the role is to communicate with customers who have fallen into debt and provide them with positive solutions to their accounts, whilst adhering to regulations. Your working day will be spent on the telephone to customers alongside a small amount of Administration.
