Parts Advisor

Location: Stoke-On-Trent

Salary: Competitive +Bonus +Overtime

Hours- Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

Actio Automotive Recruitment are assisting one of our Stoke-On-Trent main dealer clients with their search for a Parts Advisor to join their busy team.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers (trade and retail) and technicians in identifying the required parts and accessories.

Provide accurate and timely parts information, including availability, pricing, and delivery times.

Process parts orders and ensure they are filled promptly and accurately.

Maintain an organized and well-stocked parts inventory.

Coordinate with suppliers to order and receive parts and accessories as needed.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to parts orders.

Prepare and process warranty claims and returns.

Promote and upsell parts and accessories to customers.

Collaborate with the service department to ensure efficient workflow and timely repairs.
