HGV Class 1 Driver Earn up to £22 per hour

Staffline is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers, for our prestigious client based in Stoke-On-Trent.

This role requires a minimum of one year of experience in HGV driving.

Pay rates as below:
Monday - Friday Days - £16.08
Monday - Friday Nights - £17.08
Sat-Sun Days - £16.08
Sat-Sun Nights - £17.08
O/T (After 40hrs) Days - £24.12
O/T (After 40hrs) Nights - £25.62

A Rota Pattern with starting times ranging from 05:30-06:00. Additionally, there is a Sunday to Friday option with start times of; however, this will not be integrated into the fixed rota until January 2025.

Your Time at Work
The role mainly consists of Class 1 Trunking operations;
- Transporting goods to various locations across the UK.
- Guarantee punctual and secure delivery of products, while strictly following traffic and safety protocols. - Cooperate with the logistics team to organise deliveries and achieve deadlines with effectiveness.
- Accurately document deliveries and fulfil essential paperwork obligations.

Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:

- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 license with relevant CPC certification and Tacho card.
- Proven experience as an HGV Class 1 driver, (12 month minimum)
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and compliance.
