Are you a skilled Commercial Gas Engineer looking for a new opportunity in the Facilities Management sector? We are seeking a mobile engineer to join a leading FM provider, delivering high-quality PPM and reactive maintenance across commercial sites in and around Stoke-on-Trent.
The Role:- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on commercial heating systems and gas appliances
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults efficiently to ensure minimal downtime
- Working on a mobile basis, covering a range of commercial properties including offices, retail, and healthcare facilities
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards
- Fully expensed company vehicle provided for work travel
- ACS Commercial Gas qualifications (COCN1, CIGA1, CDGA1, CORT1, ICPN1)
- Experience working within Facilities Management or commercial property maintenance
- Full UK driving license
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Competitive salary up to £44,000
