Are you a degree level scientist with experience in waste site management? Do you want the opportunity to use your expertise to lead a large-scale waste facility?

This company have been long established in the waste management industry and plan to continue to grow and progress the careers of their employees to help them become the biggest in the market. They operate in different types of hazardous waste to ensure all are disposed of safely and correctly.

Your role within the company will involve driving site profitability and ensuring operational excellence across the facilities, while maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
It also involves leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering strong communication, and managing all HR and maintenance activities to support continuous improvement and business success.

The ideal candidate for this role will come from a science degree and will have experience running a busy waste facility. They will hold an appropriate CoTC certificate with health and safety certificates desirable however not essential.
