Job Title: Business Development Manager - M&E Building Services

Area to be covered: North West (2 hours from Warrington)

Remuneration: £50,000 - £65,000 + £10,000 - £20,000 commission

Benefits: £6,500 car allowance & private healthcare, death in service, 24 days holiday

The role of the Business Development Manager - M&E Building Services will involve:

  • Business Development Manager position selling mechanical & electrical building service & maintenance contracts
  • All of your time will be spent selling to FM companies & end users such as: Mitie, Equans, HUT group, NHS England etc
  • Our client does want to get involved with framework agreements with universities and airports
  • Dealing with order values of between £10k-£150k+ depending on size and scope
  • Target to turnover circa £1m
  • Majority of your time will be spent generating new business

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - M&E Building Services experience with:

  • Must have experience selling to FM companies & end users such as: Mitie, Equans, HUT group, NHS England etc
  • Would prefer someone more end user focused rather than commercial M&E
  • Ideally negotiated framework contracts with the likes of universities and airports
  • Self-starter, people person and relationship builder
  • Technical however maintaining the hunger to sell
