What You'll Do:

  • Manage a vibrant and diverse client portfolio, becoming the go-to contact for clients and delivering exceptional service.
  • Lead a team, overseeing the production of high-quality work and ensuring excellent client outcomes.
  • Collaborate with directors and other departments to deliver seamless services across the firm.
  • Build long-lasting client relationships, contributing to client retention and business development.
  • Coach and mentor the accounts team, supporting their growth and development.

What They're Looking For:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience as a manager or assistant manager.
  • Experience working with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
  • Tech-savvy, with experience using CCH (desirable).
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and energize your team.
  • A collaborative mindset, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for client service.
