What You'll Do:
- Manage a vibrant and diverse client portfolio, becoming the go-to contact for clients and delivering exceptional service.
- Lead a team, overseeing the production of high-quality work and ensuring excellent client outcomes.
- Collaborate with directors and other departments to deliver seamless services across the firm.
- Build long-lasting client relationships, contributing to client retention and business development.
- Coach and mentor the accounts team, supporting their growth and development.
What They're Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA qualified with practice experience as a manager or assistant manager.
- Experience working with a range of clients, including owner-managed businesses.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using CCH (desirable).
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and energize your team.
- A collaborative mindset, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for client service.
