About the Role:I am seeking an experienced and proactive Product Manager to oversee an industrial lubricants portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the industrial sales and technical teams to drive product performance, manage customer feedback, and oversee the introduction and rationalisation of products within the range.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the industrial sales and technical teams to align product offerings with customer and market needs.
  • Oversee new product introductions, ensuring smooth product launches in partnership with R&D, production, and marketing teams.
  • Manage product rationalisation processes, including the removal of underperforming products.
  • Regularly analyse and report on product range performance, profitability, and market trends.
  • Address and resolve customer feedback and product-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, including R&D, production, and marketing.
  • Support training initiatives to enhance technical and product knowledge within the organisation.

About You:

  • Proven experience in product management within the industrial lubricants or a related technical industry.
  • Strong understanding of product life cycle management, including launching and rationalising products.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret product performance data and market insights.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
