Our client is seeking a Deputy Children's Manager (DCM) to join their highly regarded children's home in Stoke. With over 50% of their homes rated Outstanding by Ofsted, this is an opportunity to be part of a truly exceptional organisation.About the Role:As Deputy Manager, you will work closely with the long-standing Registered Manager to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained. You will be expected to support the home's day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with regulations and providing leadership to the care team.
