About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. This is a full-time, permanent role for a proactive individual with excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors for seamless project execution.
- Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment.
- Ensure materials are available to meet project timelines.
- Implement construction and commissioning programs, ensuring efficient site execution.
- Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues promptly.
- Prepare and deliver project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout.
- Enforce compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the construction or engineering industry.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Outstanding communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and proactive approach to challenges.
- Relevant degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred.
