The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working in an ICT service desk environment at 2nd, 3rd line - Essential
- Experience of managing people and projects to deliver effective ICT technology services. - Desirable
- Experience of working as part of a team- Essential
- Experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Cloud Hosting Systems (Azure). Windows Server, Active Directory, SQL, LAN\WAN Networking
- Microsoft MCP, MCSA\MCSE or CompTIA A+ or BTEC National Diploma for IT Practitioners - Desirable
- Supporting and maintaining ICT Support
