Description
- Conduct comprehensive fire risk assessments of various properties.
- Create detailed reports outlining potential fire hazards and suggest mitigating strategies.
- Work closely with the construction team to ensure all projects adhere to fire safety regulations.
- Provide fire safety advice and guidance to clients and team members.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of fire safety regulations and industry best practices.
- Regularly liaise with fire safety bodies and regulatory authorities.
- Participate in site inspections and audits to ensure compliance.
- Promote a culture of fire safety awareness within the organisation.
Profile
A successful Fire Surveyor should have:
- A degree or qualification in Fire Safety, Building Surveying, or a related field.
- Practical experience working as a Fire Surveyor within the property and construction industry.
- A deep understanding of fire safety regulations and guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of detail orientation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package, approximately between £45,000 and £55,000 GBP per annum.
