They actively seek out talented individuals and support their growth within the company, believing that together they can achieve great things.In this role, the Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of generator sets and associated equipment. Additionally, the technician ensures safe working practices are followed and supports the upkeep of the landfill gas collection system.The ideal Maintenance Technician is experienced in operations and maintenance of reciprocating engines, safety-focused, and skilled in both preventative and breakdown maintenance. They are self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.The Role:
- Perform planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance of generator sets and associated equipment.
- Maintain the landfill gas collection system and associated equipment.
- Monday to Friday 8 -5 Flexible
- Working out of two sites predominately out the Newcastle Under Lyme site and occasionally working in the Cotesbach site up to a week.
The Person:
- Maintenance Engineer or similar
- Experience working on diesel engines.
- Full drivers licence
