Our client in Stoke is seeking to hire a Multi Skilled Operative for their property maintenance team.
The position involves working on void properties, performing maintenance and refurbishment tasks from Monday to Friday.
The role offers a pay rate of £20 LTD per hour for 37 hours per week.
Candidates must have an NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade and demonstrate multi-trade abilities.
A valid driving license and vehicle are also required for this position.

To carry out domestic Maintenance duties to a high standard and within reasonable time frames.
Pre-inspect and diagnose selected repair requirements.

Requirements

NVQ Level 2 or above in a relevant trade such as Joinery/Plastering/Painting and Decorating
Multi trade ability
Driving License and Vehicle
