  • Lead and manage clinical services, ensuring high standards of care are consistently met.

  • Provide expert guidance on clinical matters, particularly in nursing practice and workforce development.
  • Oversee the identification and mitigation of clinical risks, ensuring a safe and effective care environment.

Essential Qualifications & Experience:

  • Registered Nurse (RGN/RSCN) with relevant leadership or managerial qualifications.
  • Postgraduate qualification at Master's level or willingness to work towards one.
  • Significant post-registration experience in a senior clinical role.
  • Demonstrated success in leading and managing teams within a healthcare setting.
  • Experience in training and developing staff, as well as implementing service improvements.
  • A background in palliative care and a strong understanding of clinical governance.
  • Experience in conducting audits and research projects to support best practices.
