Site Based Project Manager – Manchester – Construction - £55,000 - £65,000 & Package

I am recruiting for a Site Based Project Manager to control new build construction projects in Staffordshire and the North West. This is a strategic appointment which is due to repeat business with one of the leading developers in the UK.

My client are a Staffordshire based general construction contractor that operate on a regional basis. They are in the process of strengthening their existing team and require a Site Based Project Manager.

Projects will be based and you will be expected to control a team of Site Managers, between 2 – 5 depending on the size of the projects, which can range from £1,000,000 - £20,000,000. You will have a proven track record of delivering Schools, Apartments and Commercial projects and have a structured career history.

You will have a collaborative management style and be a constant presence on site, you will liaise with each Site Manager and report to the visiting Operations Manager. You will forge close relationships with Designers, Commercial Teams, Clients and your team.

Individual:

Proven ability to control projects up to £20,000,000.
Apartment experience
Construction and fit out experience
Ability to build strong working relationships
