Candidates should have previous experience in SHEQ within the construction sector and hold a NEBOSH H&S qualification or equivalent.
The position provides a salary of up to £50,000, depending on experience, along with a supportive and collaborative workplace culture.
This is a full-time, permanent role with Monday to Friday hours, limited site visits, and additional benefits including 25 days holiday and a company pension.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as health and safety advisor, compliance manager, or SHEQ manager.

Working for a specialist in modular construction, As the SHEQ / Compliance Manager, you’ll work closely with site teams to maintain a safe and compliant working environment, overseeing health & safety, risk assessments, and compliance across office and site operations.What you’ll need:

Previous experience in SHEQ working within the construction sector is desirable
NEBOSH H&S qualification, or equivalent
Relevant CSCS card and SMSTS qualifications are desirable

The Package:

Up to £50,000 basic (dependent on experience)
Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:00
Full-time / Permanent
25 days holiday + bank holidays
