You will play an integral role within the complaints team, responding to both customer complaints and third-party communications received by email, letter, and phone call. You will be a confident decision maker and have a comprehensive understanding of the clients, the processes, industry compliance and regulatory requirements.
We are looking for you to have relevant experience handling complaints, Grade C/4 or higher in GCSE English and be self motivated.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately recording all customer complaints
- Managing own workload/time
- Write clear and concise complaint responses
- Complete comprehensive investigations
