Are you a Contracts Manager or similar from a Construction background looking for a technical, hands on role where you will oversee dynamic projects from planning to completion within a well-established company providing the autonomy to make the role your own as you work on projects locally around Stoke on Trent?
This company provide Construction solutions within the Commercial, Residential and Leisure sectors, across the Stoke on Trent area, they have been operating for 25+ years and seen continual growth year on year. They specialise in the planning, estimating and installation of various construction projects, and are looking for a Contracts Manager with a background in construction and management to oversee ongoing projects.
In this varied role, you will be responsible for end to end project and cost management, overseeing the work being carried out on site through site visits to assist quantity surveyors on quotations, as well as developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and senior management. You will work 8:00am-5:00pm Monday - Friday, travelling regularly around the Stoke on Trent area.
This dynamic role would suit a Contracts Manager from a construction and management background, looking for a technical leadership role within a well-established company who offer the opportunity to make the role your own.
The Role:
- End to end project management
- Carry out site visits- primarily based around Stoke on Trent
- Liaise with senior leadership, clients and contractors on site
- 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday
The Person:
- Contracts Manager or similar
- Construction background
- Commutable to Stoke on Trent
- Happy to travel across the UK- Full Driving Licence
