Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading M&E contractor? Our client, a well-established and reputable firm in the industry, is looking to expand their team with a dedicated professional to manage and oversee several high-value commercial and industrial projects in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical contracts from inception to completion.

  • Oversee multiple commercial and industrial projects with multimillion-pound values.

  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project specifications, budgets, and timelines are met.

  • Lead site teams, including engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations.

  • Conduct regular project progress meetings, providing comprehensive updates and reports.

  • Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

  • Oversee procurement of materials and services to meet project requirements.

  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector.

  • Strong understanding of commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

  • Excellent project management and leadership skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

  • Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

  • Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management (preferred).
