Are you an experienced Mechanical Contracts Manager seeking an exciting opportunity with a leading M&E contractor? Our client, a well-established and reputable firm in the industry, is looking to expand their team with a dedicated professional to manage and oversee several high-value commercial and industrial projects in Stoke-on-Trent and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical contracts from inception to completion.

Oversee multiple commercial and industrial projects with multimillion-pound values.

Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project specifications, budgets, and timelines are met.

Lead site teams, including engineers and subcontractors, ensuring quality control and adherence to health & safety regulations.

Conduct regular project progress meetings, providing comprehensive updates and reports.

Identify and mitigate potential project risks and issues.

Oversee procurement of materials and services to meet project requirements.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and company procedures.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Mechanical Contracts Manager within the M&E sector.

Strong understanding of commercial and industrial mechanical systems.

Excellent project management and leadership skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.

Strong communication and client-facing abilities.

Relevant qualifications in mechanical engineering or construction management (preferred).

Full UK driving license.
