What You'll Be Doing:

?? Deliver engaging and practical sessions in advanced rail engineering, including diagnostics, systems, and maintenance.?? Train and support learners in line with industry standards and safety protocols.?? Support curriculum development and help shape course content to reflect real-world practices.?? Create a positive and inclusive learning environment where learners can thrive.

What We're Looking For:

?? Strong industry experience in rail engineering.?? A relevant Level 3 or higher qualification in engineering or a related field.?? Passion for education and developing the next generation of engineers.?? Willingness to work towards a teaching qualification (fully funded and supported).?? Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
