Role Purpose:Responsibility for delivering existing leadership and management development programmes to our growing first line and middle-management population as well as supporting apprenticeship programmes, projects and business programmes.Working within our Talent Development department, you’ll be experienced and familiar with both face to face and virtual facilitation, planning, co-ordinating and delivering a broad range of skills-related topics across a range of aspiring and experienced team leaders and managers.The successful candidate will have an engaging and dynamic approach to delivery and will build successful relationships with business managers through their credibility and positive approach to the role.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivers engaging and informative first line and middle-manager training across the different departments and businesses areas within the Markerstudy Group
  • Designs, facilitates and evaluates our leadership development programmes to meet the needs of the business aligning to the strategic priorities.
  • Creates innovative content, support materials and activities in line with standards and branding.
  • Designs and delivers training to support in-house leadership apprenticeship programmes
  • Constantly seeks to improve the effectiveness of leadership development by applying rigorous self-assessment and current best practice methods.
  • Provides and maintains accurate reports for internal and external audits.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills working collaboratively to identify needs and development areas.
  • Comfortable working in changing situations with fast pace and ability to work across multiple sites throughout the business.
  • Flexible and willing to travel to meet the needs of the business
  • Undertakes other reasonable responsibilities and projects as requested by their line manager.

Desirable Skills
  • Management development and training delivery experience
  • CIPD Qualified or equivalent training/facilitation qualification
  • Experienced with both virtual and face to face training delivery.
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering and supporting leadership level apprenticeships.
  • Experience of assessing work to a high standard and in line with qualification requirement.
