Administrator
Duration: 6 month temporary position, with the view to go permanent
Location: Tunstall
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Key Duties
- Responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks across the department
- Assisting the team with scheduling and planning for contractors and clients
- Providing technical support for the team and wider department
- Ensuring efficient customer service operations
- Ensuring practice databases are complete and accurate
- Communicating with clients and team managers on a regular basis
Key Skills Required
- Must have previous experience of scheduling and planning
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word etc.
- Passionate about offering a high-quality service to clients
- Able to work under pressure
- Strong customer service skills, able to communicate clearly to both colleagues and clients
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
