As a Chinese Language Customer Service Advisor you will join the Asian Customer Service team to support the Company’s operation at our offices based in Stoke-on-Trent.
We are keen to welcome candidates who are passionate about delivering high quality service whilst working in a fast paced, rewarding environment with fantastic opportunities for progression.
Candidates must be prepared to work nights on a 7 on 7 off basis.
The role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working policy where you will have the option to work up to three shifts from home.
Successful applicants will need to provide proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
Preferred Skills, Qualifications and Experience
- Fluent in Mandarin with excellent written Chinese communication skills.
- Ability to speak Cantonese is an advantage but not essential.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to problem solve.
- Competent literacy and numeracy skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Assisting our global customer base via Live Chat, telephone and email.
- Supporting customers with a wide variety of account queries including payment, login, verification and bet queries.
