Macildowie are seeking a Client Service Advisor for well-established law firm in Stoke-on-Trent. This role is perfect for a self-driven and resilient individual who is able to work in a pressurised environment.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in data input, dealing with enquiries and managing multiple tasks at once.

Working Hours: 9:30am - 5:30pm (Monday to Friday).

Salary: Up to £25,000 dependant on experience.

Please note that this role is a full-time, on-site role.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Delivery of a first class client experience
  • Answering and responding to enquiries via telephone, email and our website
  • Gathering the necessary information for new conveyancing enquiries to enable you to provide a cost estimate to clients and guide them through the initial stages of the conveyancing process
  • Helping to maintain existing client relationships through effective communication
  • Transferring of clients' records efficiently and accurately to the legal departments

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • High level of accurate data input, data management and word processing skills
  • Previous legal secretarial experience would be beneficial but full training will be provided
  • Experience of dealing with enquires via phone, email and in person
  • Ability to demonstrate close attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities during intensive and busy periods
  • Ability to independently see tasks through to completion, within agreed timescales
  • Communicating clearly, openly and effectively with authority to both clients and colleagues
  • Developing and maintaining professional relationships
  • Working well under pressure
