Due to the business growth, CCP have partnered exclusively with our client to support them as they look to recruit several new talented individuals to work in their sales and customer service operation in Stoke.  Are you driven by providing outstanding customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment? Are you driven to achieve personal success?  As a Customer Service & Sales Advisor, you will handle inbound and outbound communications with new and existing customers who have expressed an interest in businesses services via their company website. Your key responsibility will be to engage with these warm customers, deliver a first-class customer experience, educate the customer if they require more information, and then convert these warm ‘leads’ into a sale, and you’ll be supporting customers via telephone, email, and live chat.  The working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm, and you’ll be asking to work one Saturday (9am – 4pm) every four weeks. You will be given a day off in lieu or paid overtime (your preference) when you work on a Saturday.  This fantastic role is paying a basic salary ranging from £23,000 to £26,000 depending one experience, plus offers a realistic OTE of £30,000 to £33,200.  Due to the nature of the role, all successful candidates will be DBS and credit checked.  This opportunity is being recruited for by CCP and is being managed by Danielle Clarke.  If this role is of interest and you feel you have the relevant experience, please apply online and we will aim to respond to your application within 48 hours.
